Brad and Patti Phillips believe the most important work Clark State College and the Clark State College Foundation Board does is provide educational opportunities to those who otherwise may not be able to afford it. “We donate and volunteer because we believe in the quality education Clark State College provides. Everyone benefits when our local population is educated and possess the skills to help better not just themselves, but their families and their communities as well. Education is the great equalizer.”
