Exchange Club of Springfield
The Exchange Club was founded March 27, 1911, in Detroit, MI, by a group of business executives who wanted simply to exchange ideas. Those ideas grew and were shared, and have resulted in innumerable benefits to the nation. The Exchange Club of Springfield, Ohio was chartered by the National Exchange Club in 1921. In concert with some 600 local clubs throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico, the Springfield club provides like-minded individuals with opportunities to use their time and talents to benefit their local communities and the country as a whole. Exchange’s Core Values are family, community, and country.
Impact
The Exchange Club partners with many local organizations, such as the Clark State Foundation, to support its mission, which is: “Exchange, inspiring communities to be a better place to live.” The Club’s Foundation has endowed Clark State Foundation scholarships in Manufacturing Management and the Clark State Police Academy.
